Tai Chi Chuan SeminarQuietening and Returning
Tai Chi Chuan is a martial art as well, as a healing art. In this seminar you are introduced to the small form- a dance with your shadow practiced in a slow manner -the yin side of the practice. Complemented with exercises for stretching the meridians, chi kung techniques for opening and cleansing, martial applications for exercising –the yang side- and meditation for observing inner thoughts, mind and processes. Finally, the qualities of the peaceful warrior are contained into practice, with the purpose of enhancing love and compassion for all beings.
